Grimes concrete is new, and some of it is still letting moisture go
Grimes garages sit on young slabs in a growth corridor. We ask when the concrete was poured and whether a wet spring left a dark corner. Coating over vapor drive is the failure we are trying not to repeat.
Once that is settled, these are clean flake-floor candidates: large, attached, and about to see their first years of road salt from the commute back toward Des Moines.
